Goodies & Gadgets Mama says:

A good MCT oil that fulfills its purpose effectively. I’ve adopted a Keto lifestyle which entails a high fat, low carb way of eating. If you’re familiar with MCT (Medium-Chain Triglycerides) oil, it’s a cardinal part of increasing the good fats on a Keto diet. So I’m constantly shopping around for a good quality MCT oil as a healthy diet supplement. When a friend told me about this MCT oil, I was excited to give it a try.It contains Lauric acid, is hexane-free, non-GMO, gluten-free, & is Paleo & Keto friendly. It doesn’t state that it…

Tasteless….but that’s a good thing in this case 🙂 I put it in my coffee every morning. I don’t discern any flavor at all, and there is no oily mouth-feel. Actually, sometimes a bit drips onto the side of the cap when I pour, and I will wipe it off with my finger and lick it. It doesn’t taste of coconut at all. I am feeling some increased mental clarity, and I’ve started taking this relatively recently. I am sure I’ll be getting more when this bottle is done, and I am going to start adding some to my son’s morning smoothie.Word…

Aafje says:

Greasy!! I’d return this, but it would cost me almost $6, so I’ll just absorb the loss. I’ve used Onnit’s emulsified MCT oil, and it dissolves into my coffee. This stuff, however, doesn’t and creates an oil slick of the top of the cup. With every sip, you get a greasy mouthful and greasy lips. Also, if you’re new to MCTs, be *certain* to start with a *scant* teaspoon, or you’ll spend your morning on the toilet.Onnit’s MCT is much, much better and I’ve already reordered.
