“Unflavored” needs to be mixed or chased with something. Works great. Great product. Taking this before and after a workout really helps with muscle fatigue, especially if you are lifting while at a caloric deficit.Warning, though: The “unflavored” isn’t really unflavored; it tastes like dirt. You NEED to mix it with something, like your pre-workout and/or post-workout drinks/shakes in order to mask the flavor. I mix it with my chocolate-flavored whey protein powder and I can’t taste it. Great product with bad taste Most proteins advertise as BCAA included in them. In reality they only talk about naturally occurring bcaa which is very minimal and we need more of that in most cases. This ON BCAA unflavored is pretty slick. The powder seems as smooth as a talcum powder and smells pretty raw. Only problem is the taste. Unflavored basically tastes like sand/slightly bitter. Mixing it with flavored protein is the easiest way to go.

Power Product! I am 70, and have had a number of muscle issues before taking BCAA. I don’t really know all of the chemistry involved with the good results I’ve experienced, but the results are clear to me:I feel better, feel stronger, sleep better and I have a better appetite. This is a great supplement. It is a little pricey, but I weigh the cost up against an unnecessary co-payment to my doctor.
