I say try it & see if it works for you, everyone is different. Seems to energize me & keep me up! It’s hard to say because I started taking this maybe 2 weeks ago & have missed a day or 2 here & there. I also was taking DLPA which I ran out of a few days ago as well as Ashwagandha that I have been taking say a solid 6 weeks pretry much daily unless I forget. Gave me the will to live and I’m not sure I’m comfortable with that yet It does what it suppose to , gradually you will have more of a survival instinct. Not sure that helps with anxiety or depression but does keep you off the bridge(false hope ?). Only downside is it makes me so nauseaous so I wish that wasn’t an issue
