The best for cats that won’t tolerate oil on their food, but can be pilled I got these for my cat. I am a veterinarian, and have tried for years to get him to take fish oil/omega3 supplements for general wellness to no avail. He will not eat food with oil on it or mixed in and even started turning his nose up at powdered/granulated supplements like Platinum Performance, Missing Link etc. He vomits if you squirt the oil directly in his mouth. Not a pumped 5-star review. I bought this for my Dog as its cheaper than the pet-brands!! This is not a “Pumped 5-Star Review” like most of amazon’s 5-stare reviews are!Bought this for my 25lb Pug. I read Fish Oil should be 20mg per LB so this is perfect 500mg. I spoke to a Pharmacist to insure there was no difference in Dog fish oil, and People fish oil! She insured me there was none and the human fish oil is much cheaper! It will take a few weeks before I can see if it helps my dogs skin condition, I was told by the Vet it should.
