These capsules are difficult to swallow! I truly need to take this product because my triglycerides are too high. But swallowing the capsules is a nightmare. I often have a gag reflex when I do it. One time I stupidly tried to take the capsule not long after eating lunch and ending up vomiting both in the trash can. I then tried to break a capsule and eat the oil – NOT a good idea. The fishy smell & taste was awful. I will say that when I managed to swallow the thing, it doesn’t make me burp afterwards.
