Boy howdy. After taking the 25 milligram supplements once a day for about 2 weeks I can feel a real difference. I have more energy throughout the day and my recovery time is quite a bit faster. I mean, my recovery from workout and exercise. It’s subtle enough that it doesn’t bother me like some other supplements or medications.However, my energy levels stay a bit too high at night. Love,but dose is high I love this DHEA, and have taken it for 11 years. But 25 mg. is too much–gives me chest pimples. (I’m a woman, but this happened to my dad too.) I use a pill splitter to cut them in half. I wish the 10 mg pills were as competitviely priced.
