Great Product I received this product in its inaugural promotion, having no previous MCT use. I actually tried it for poor digestion and it helped immensely. I also lift and cardio. Glad I switched from coconut oil! I started using Keto C8 MCT Oil instead of regular coconut oil about 1 month ago. I love it! It keeps me satiated through IF. I like that it is always in liquid form as opposed to coconut oil that needs to be melted and solidifies if it gets too cold. C8 oil can easily be used for salad dressing and in anything really bc there is no taste. I’ve ordered my second bottle and forsee continuous use of this product. Would highly recommend!

Awesome! I knew a little about this before but still was skeptical. So I have it a try. Been pouring it my coffee before I head out to my crossfit workout in the mornings. Have it not everyday but probably 4 days a week or so. It gives a bit of a boost like a pre- workout but without the dangerous ingredients. Plus I have noticed I’m loosing a little weight too.
