B.C. must stand for “bloating and cramping.” I really wanted to like this product. It gave me an incredible energy boost, if taken prior to heavy weight training. However, a few hours after taking a dose, I would experience the most intense stomach cramps and bloating I’ve ever had. And these cramps would last anywhere from 12-24 hours. BCAAs are a must for a workout regimen BCAAs are key when you are trying to maintain muscle and loose fat. I take 30 minutes before I run (or weightlift) and it helps to keep muscle that Ive worked so hard to build. I wasnt a believer at first, but if you do HITT (short sprints) and weightlift, these are a great addition.
