Inexpensive Fish Oil I’ve used fish oil supplements for quite a number of years on advice from my Doctor. This particular (Amazon) brand has a decent dosage of fish oils in a very easy to swallow geltab. The description states that it has some sort of lemon flavoring, but I’m not sure how you are supposed to be able to taste the ingredients in a geltab that you are swallowing whole.About the only downside of this formula is that not all fish oils are created equal. While I’m open to the idea of supplements, I’m generally wary, preferring to look at the scientific evidence and make a determination based upon that evidence. In the case of fish oil, however, the availability of data is quite extensive, and there have been guidelines from professional medical organizations pointing out the cardioprotective benefits of fish oil intake.
