BCAAs, plain and simple I hate filler crap that companies put in their vitamins/supplements/burger meat.This dosn’t have some fake sweetener to hide the flavor, dosn’t have some gelatin coating that they charge 3x as much for, dosn’t have “Tropical vibrant flamboyant cherry flavor” to mask it.Toughen up, this is pure BCAAs. I just drop the scoop in my mouth, add water swish it down. Then I shave with broken glass, and brush my hair with barbed wire.Man up, quit whining…

I can’t take it but kudos to those who can I tried to soldier up but I couldn’t handle it. Some of the other folks who put it on their tongue and down it with a shot of apple juice are (no sarcasm intended) heartier than me. I really tried but had to resort to 1000mg capsules. Since I’m not a weightlifter or bodybuilder I’m hoping/banking on the decrease in potency not mattering to my little old granny body. I’m just trying not to wither away so I think capsules are OK for me. No doubt this is better for the hulks and hunks of the…

APPLE JUICE to the rescue!!! 2/18/2015 UPDATE:Have been using just 1 teaspoon at a time, gives me plenty of extra oomph for my fasted runs and workouts in the morning. Taking the full 2 teaspoon “recommended dosage” doesn’t yield any noticeable differences, so I will chalk that up to manufacturer greediness, i.e. wanting to sell more of their product.Also, found that the best way to drink the apple juice to wash down this stuff is using a shot glass; about two shots washes away the bitter taste…
