Work Great but Beware of Potential B6 Toxicity While these work very well, please be careful with these. I recently developed peripheral neuropathy and tested positive for B6 toxicity. These have 15 mg per capsule (which is 30 mg/day if you take 2) and when combined with the 3 mg in my multi-vitamin and all the chicken I eat I got sick. If you eat chicken, fish, lean beef, bananas, spinach and avocado you are already getting a ton of B6 and don’t need it in a supplement. These capsules could defiantly take you over the top so I would not…

Best 5HTP i’ve found I hope Doctor’s Best makes this 5-HTP with B6 and C for the rest of my life. I try to be holistic as possible about managing my ADD and occasionally I can get into depression when events are transitioning. I have come so far but this supplement really, really helps. 5-HTP leads to more melatonin production which can help you sleep and therefore more have more energy during the day. It doesn’t make me quite as fatigued as a melatonin supplement but 200mgs an hour before bed does help me…
