The name “-chain amino ” is derived from the structure of the 3 compounds leucine, isoleucine, and valine.

Each one has a forked outcropping that looks a bit like a branch, hence the name branched chain amino acids.

The three BCAAs are incredibly essential and actually fall into the category of essential amino acids. Essential amino acids are amino acids that the body cannot synthesize on its own and therefore must get adequate amounts through dietary sources.

When you engage your muscles in a workout, BCAAs are the first amino acids to be extracted from the muscle in order to produce energy for your exercises.

Eventually, our muscles become depleted of branched chain amino acids, which explains why your last rep is so much harder than your first.

BCAAs play an active role in assisting the released insulin in your body to fuel your tired muscles. The leucine’s responsibility is to help maximize the protein synthesis.

Our BCAAs are designed to help you maintain muscle anabolism, decrease muscle catabolism, and are easy-to-swallow .

They are also formulated in a FDA Registered, GMP Certified, and NSF Certified lab so you’re guaranteed a high quality, pharmaceutical-grade product.

Each tablet contains:

Leucine (1,500 mg / serving) Isoleucine (750 mg / serving) Valine (750 mg / serving)

There are A LOT of companies that claim that a higher BCAA ratio than 2:1:1 is far more beneficial.

Any ratio higher than this is marketing gimmick and a complete waste of money.

Our 2:1:1 ratio BCAA tablets is formulated with a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine and valine.

To sum it up, BCAAs are used to…

Boost protein synthesis and muscle growth Improve recovery time so you can get back into the gym faster Maximize workout intensity

Get your pump on… and keep it!! My only experience with BCAAs prior to this was a generic Vitamin Shoppe BCAA powder. I thought it was good, but I didn’t realize the importance of a quality BCAA over generic ones. Also, I like controlling my supplements, so I’m not a big fan of BCAAs that are lumped in with other things like what’s in C4 or other pre-workout powders. The pill form has its advantage over the powder because I’m not trying to pour a scoop of powder into my water bottle. I simply pop in a few pills prior to…

Worked for me – but you have to put the work in Ref. My Creatine (Three-atine) review – this is a repeat since I speak about both products:For me, this has worked. I first started just using the creatine for about a month to give it a shot and it definitely helped me increase some muscle mass. Admittingly, I’m not a novice at lifting but with time constraints I wanted the 3-4 days I can get into the gym to count. After about 1 month and seeing the results, I decided to add the BCAA 2-1-1 and that helped send all the necessary…

Great for filling in the holes with a reduced protein diet. I have been trying to find ways to make sure I don’t miss out on my BCAA’s during my keto diet and weight loss. I have been trying to cut back a bit on protein to avoid breaking ketosis so I have been needing a way to make sure I get all the essential amino acids. In comes this product. While the pills a bit large and a little tough to swallow they do a great job filling in the holes on leucine, isoleucine, and valine. I have noticed that I have not lost any lifting power during my weight loss…
